Australian interest rates hold firm
Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has chosen to maintain its policy rates for the fourth consecutive meeting, in line with expectations.
The new RBA governor, Michele Bullock, cautioned that Australia is not yet out of the woods, emphasizing the potential need for future rate increases. As a result, AUD/USD has experienced a noticeable decline over the past week, moving from its recent high of 0.6450.
